Go to eRequests to report a problem, make a request, ask a question or give Council feedback online.
Report an abandoned vehicle, dumped rubbish, noise, illegal parking or unsightly property.
In the first screen tell us where the problem is. Then give us details about the issue. Track the status of your request online too.
Make a General request for all other requests, to ask Council a question or give feedback.
Council staff will read your request in working hours, Monday to Friday, and then forward your issue to the relevant Council Officer. Allow 5 working days for Council to respond to your request.
Please use the change of details form to notify Council that you wish to change your name, address or ownership.
